Cinque Terre

  • Before I left on my trip I heard from many people that Cinque Terre was one of their favorite places they visited in Europe. Lots of them said they only took a day trip there, but I decided to stay four days and really enjoyed it.
  • Cinque Terre is a national park that consists of five towns on the Italian coast connected by a trail. It's combination of hiking, history, scenic coast lines and beaches is hard to beat. It was definitely one of the highlights of my trip so far and it was largely because of the people I met.  More on that in the next post.

A bit of a luxury perhaps but how often does one get this chance?

In case you can't tell Monterosso is more of a resort town
